Provide interim executive leadership of the Microsoft relationship for a Global LLP, ensuring robust executive governance and delivery of commercial outcomes at the next EA milestone, with measurable value realisation from M365, E5 and Copilot activation.

• Executive Governance & Coverage:
  Act as Exec Sponsor proxy; chair Strategic and Operational Working Groups. Establish global Q  cadence, RACI, decision logs and vendor scorecards; drive escalations and cross‑regional alignment.
• EA Strategy & Negotiation:
  Lead EA renewal/true‑up strategy, approvals pack, negotiation plan and execution. Shape positions on E1/E3/E5/Copilot/Dynamics/server; coordinate with SAM for baselines and scenarios; pursue Microsoft‑funded benefits where value‑adding.
• License Position & Optimization:
  Oversee ELP development and optimization options (true up/true down; role‑based mixes; Copilot governance; de‑provisioning). Align with Security/Compliance to activate E5 workloads where chosen.
• Value Realization:
  Sponsor Copilot adoption and E5 activation programs (execution via Value Realization lead or internal teams). Track adoption scores, quantified benefits (€ and risk reduction), and report to execs.
• Interfaces & Dependencies:
  Coordinate Procurement (category plan, policy compliance), Legal/Privacy, Security/Compliance, SAM/Licensing, Value Realization, Microsoft AE/CSAM/Architects, and LSP/Reseller.

• Commercial:
  Signed EA/renewal/amendment on time and within guardrails; % cost optimization vs baseline; price/discount improvements; funding captured.
• Value: € value realization ledger; adoption score improvements; E5/Copilot activation milestones.
• Governance: Q  cadence adherence; decision cycle time; issue resolution SLAs; executive stakeholder satisfaction (NPS).

• Experience:
  
  10–15+ years in enterprise vendor executive roles with Microsoft focus; proven leadership of global governance and complex EA negotiations in multinational/LLP environments.
• Skills:
  
  Executive stakeholder management; complex negotiation; governance design; category management; licensing fluency (M365/Azure/server/Dynamics); outcome tracking and benefits realization.
• Personal:
  Board‑level communication; operates at pace; independent and transparent; metric‑driven.
