Position: Project Delivery Engineer (Spanish & English Speaking)

Supporting student accommodation and residential multi‑tenanted environments across Europe, our Provisioning teams play a critical role in delivering reliable, industry‑leading LAN and wireless networks.

We’re looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to join our team, taking ownership of the preparation and installation phases of technical delivery for new and existing customers within our student and residential customer base. This is a hybrid role based in Sheffield, with the expectation of being in the office 2–3 days per week, so living within a commutable distance is essential.

Our

ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in networking or ISP environments, supported by relevant qualifications or hands‑on experience
  • A solid understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching infrastructure and network protocols
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting network equipment in live environments
  • Confidence working with Windows and Linux systems
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and French, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • A professional, organised and detail‑focused approach
  • The ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced delivery environment
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn and develop
  • Experience in a Second Line, NOC or similar ISP support role
  • Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a similar ISP or MSP support role
What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing, configuring and delivering LAN and wireless network installations
  • Ordering and managing site equipment in line with project budgets and timelines
  • Configuring network equipment in line with design documentation
  • Creating and maintaining work packs and plans of work for installations
  • Providing remote technical support to on‑site engineers during installs
  • Producing clear documentation to support ongoing customer support
  • Supporting third‑party system provisioning (e.g. CCTV, door access systems)
  • Troubleshooting wireless access points, switches, Linux and Router

    OS systems
  • Keeping project stakeholders informed of delivery progress and milestones
  • Assisting Support teams with complex customer issues when required
  • Managing configuration deadlines to ensure equipment is ready for shipment
