Senior Sourcing Partner - Professional ServicesRole Overview
An International professional services organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pension Analyst to provide high-quality policy and technical support for the Civil Service Pension Scheme (CSPS). This role involves interpreting legislative developments, supporting operational teams and contributing to change initiatives and stakeholder communications.
You will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the organisation remains compliant with evolving pension regulations and delivers accurate, timely guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to internal teams and the Cabinet Office.
- Research and interpret legislative developments, maintaining a forward-looking view of potential changes.
- Complete policy and technical casework, collaborating effectively across operational teams.
- Draft clear and concise communications and technical responses.
- Ensure all team-owned materials and communications are accurate and up to date.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across CSPS processes.
- Support the design and delivery of training sessions for operational teams.
- Assist with complaints, Ombudsman cases and escalations from MPs and the Cabinet Office.
- Contribute to client service reporting and represent the organisation externally at professional events.
- Analyse the impact of legislative and regulatory changes.
- Critically evaluate statutory documents and communicate implications.
- Proactively raise awareness of legislative developments across the business.
- Identify and recommend improvements to technical materials and processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver technical input and manage risks.

- Up to £47,000
