Role Overview

An International professional services organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pension Analyst to provide high-quality policy and technical support for the Civil Service Pension Scheme (CSPS). This role involves interpreting legislative developments, supporting operational teams and contributing to change initiatives and stakeholder communications.

You will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the organisation remains compliant with evolving pension regulations and delivers accurate, timely guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide technical support to internal teams and the Cabinet Office.
• Research and interpret legislative developments, maintaining a forward-looking view of potential changes.
• Complete policy and technical casework, collaborating effectively across operational teams.
• Draft clear and concise communications and technical responses.
• Ensure all team-owned materials and communications are accurate and up to date.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across CSPS processes.
• Support the design and delivery of training sessions for operational teams.
• Assist with complaints, Ombudsman cases and escalations from MPs and the Cabinet Office.
• Contribute to client service reporting and represent the organisation externally at professional events.

• Strong pensions technical knowledge, particularly CSPS and related legislation.
• Experience in complaint and dispute resolution.
• Ability to contribute to project work and change delivery.

• Confidence in representing the organisation externally.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to learn new systems.
