Position: OpenShift Engineering Tech Lead (Infra Migration)

Your new role

Lead the design, planning and execution of Open Shift architecture and migration strategies. This includes designing scalable, secure and resilient Open Shift platforms and planning migrations from existing infrastructure. Expertise with VMware and Pure Storage is essential.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience delivering Open Shift architectures and migration programmes.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerisation and orchestration.
Hands-on VMware experience (vSphere, vCenter, NSX).

Experience with Pure Storage products (Flash Array, Flash Blade).
Expertise in networking, persistent storage and cluster operations.
Strong CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Git Hub, ArgoCD).
Proficiency in automation/scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
Strong communication and problem‑solving skil
