We are seeking a Senior Automation Storage Specialist to provide technical leadership across enterprise-scale storage automation. This role sits at the intersection of storage technology, automation, testing, and observability, with close alignment to Open Shift platform engineering.

You will shape strategy, define standards, and build reusable automation patterns that are adopted across the bank, while mentoring engineers and driving best practices in Git Ops and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Responsibilities:

* Define and own the storage automation roadmap, standards, and reusable patterns.

* Provide governance over automation modules, code quality, security, and compliance.

* Act as a technical authority, reviewing designs and guiding engineering teams.

* Drive adoption of Git Ops, IaC, and modern automation practices.

* Own observability KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement of automation SLAs.

* Collaborate with platform, security, and infrastructure stakeholders across the
       organisation.

Skills & Experience:

* Expert-level experience with Ansible, Python, and Terraform.

* Strong background in CI/CD integration and secrets management.

* Broad hands-on knowledge of SAN, NAS, DPS, and Pure Storage technologies.

* Proven ability to lead technically, mentor engineers, and influence stakeholders.

* Experience operating at SME level within large, complex enterprise environments.

* Experience working within Open Shift or Kubernetes-aligned platform teams.

* Strong focus on automation testing, reliability, and observability.
