Delivery Consultant – Service Manager/Scrum Master

Our well established client has an excellent permanent Service Manager/Scrum Master position based in Sheffield. This is a hybrid opportunity with the need to be on-site 2 days per week.

This role will be one of two Service Managers responsible for certain work packages and will be a 50/50 split between Service Management & Scrum Mastery.

• Solid background in traditional IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Oversee daily operation of IT services.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service performance.
• Maintain service reporting.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and governance.

• Act as the SCRUM Master.
• Remove blockers & issues for the development team.
• Coach teams in agile principles.
• Support the Head of Applications with backlog refinement for future sprints.
• Promote continuous improvement and team self‑organisation.
