A UK based IT services company is looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide first and second line support using ITIL methodologies and manage the Azure infrastructure. Responsibilities include overseeing system security, maintaining desktop environments, and driving continuous improvement of the Azure Estate. A collaborative approach and respect for inclusive work practices are critical.

Experience with ITIL and Azure is preferred.
