A leading IT Consulting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mid-Senior level M365 Copilot SME to provide 3rd and 4th line operational support for Microsoft Copilot in a large enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves triaging complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and sharing best practices with M365 teams. Successful candidates will have significant experience with Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Copilot and related tools.
This is a long-term contract offering excellent rates.
