Job Title: Workday Implementation & Delivery Manager
Division: Financial and HR
Day Rate: TBD
Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Contract: 12-24 months
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Implementation & Delivery Manager to lead a multi-vendor Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment. You’ll act as the central point of control across Workday configuration and third‑party integrations, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements, governance standards, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Proven delivery experience on Workday implementations
- Strong background managing multi‑vendor / partner‑led programmes
- Knowledge of Workday configuration and integration principles
- Experience with formal delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Leadership & Coordination: Ability to align multiple vendors and teams to shared outcomes
- Communication Excellence: Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Critical Thinking &
Risk Management:
Proactive identification and resolution of delivery risks - Governance Discipline: Strong planning, documentation, and control practices
- Adaptability & Resilience: Effective delivery in complex, changing environments
