A successful contract catering company is seeking a Chef Manager to join the team of one of their key accounts. As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for all kitchen and back of house operations, including the production of balanced menus in line with agreed budgets and projections whilst ensuring profitability and growth. The site is open 7 days a week and you will work 5 out of 7, 8 hours a day.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will have been working for a minimum of 3 years in a senior kitchen management role. They must also have a proven track record in the administration and delivery of successful kitchen teams, and in leading a large team in diverse environments with a focus on client and customer service.
