Our Residence Inn guests (the Maximize rs) stay longer and expect more — more space, more flexibility, more local insight. Our MOXY guests come for the buzz, the bar and the atmosphere. One building. Two brands. One amazing crew.

• Food and beverage preparation and mise en place
• Assisting with receiving, storage and stock rotation
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting service for breakfast, bar service and functions
• Preparing outlets and service areas
• Delivering friendly, efficient table and bar service
• Recording and replenishing stock
• Processing bills in line with hotel procedures
• Supporting minibar ordering and storage
• Building positive working relationships across departments
• Attending daily briefings and team meetings
• Receiving cross‑training at Reception
• Carrying out other duties as required
