The RoleWe are seeking a driven Sales Representative to promote a premium orthopaedic portfolio in operating theatres and clinical settings across the region. You will build strong relationships with orthopaedic consultants, theatre teams, and hospital procurement, delivering technical expertise, case support, and outstanding customer service to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell market-leading orthopaedic devices and biologics in theatre and hospital environments
- Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures across multiple sub-specialties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive territory management
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Stay current with product knowledge, clinical evidence, and competitor activity
- Manage case coverage efficiently across a varied and dynamic diary
You are:
- A self-starter with high energy, resourcefulness, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Driven, aspirational, and motivated by performance-based rewards
- A fast learner with good technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex medical devices
- Confident and credible in operating theatre environments
- Ideally with at least 1 year's experience in medical device sales (orthopaedics preferred), including direct theatre/case support
- Previous experience promoting medical devices in an operating theatre setting
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Yorkshire and the North East
- Right to work in the UK
- Comfortable working independently with strong self-management skills
- Exclusive self-employed contract (preferred option)
- Highly competitive remuneration package
