An excellent Supported Living Provider is currently looking for a Registered Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis. Are you interested?

They're looking for a Registered Manager to join their supportive and diverse team. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and driving the growth of their services. You'll work closely with their senior management team, benefiting from a supportive network and access to cutting-edge technologies to help you succeed.

Your office will be based in Sheffield, where you will lead a 2900-hour contract working alongside the current Service Managers, Team Leaders etc.

Ideally you'll need:

• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of Experecine working as a Registered Manager in a Supported Living service or domiciliary care
• Full UK Driving License

The duties of this role would include but are not limited to:

• Work to CQC standards
• Manage the care team to ensure providing the best care
• To ensure the service meets, and indeed exceeds, the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission guidance.
• To register with the Care Quality Commission as Registered Manager with responsibility for compliance across your service.
• To ensure compliance with all of the Organisation's policies and that KPIs for key areas of compliance are met including but not limited to:

? Supervisions, appraisals, regular manager and staff meetings

? Mandatory training compliance to 100%

? Care planning, risk assessments, reviews, monthly evaluations

? Monthly, quarterly and annual audit compliance including Finances, Medication, Quality
