Your RoleWe are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator - Homecare
(12-month FTC) to join our Customer Care team on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave in Sheffield. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams by coordinating homecare services and ensuring a high standard of customer care is delivered at all times.
You’ll act as a key point of contact, managing patient services efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures and service level agreements.
Working hours
: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday(First 6 months onsite for training, then hybrid.)

– located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking.
- Respond to patient and customer enquiries professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and sensitively
- Coordinate and manage homecare patient services, acting as a central point of contact for patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders
- Process and maintain accurate patient and service records in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of homecare services
- Support the Homecare Team Leader and wider team with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner - Confidence working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly
- A patient-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
