Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of service and patient experience
• Manage and support administrative and clinical support teams
• Lead on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and healthcare bodies
• Take ownership of ICB contracts, ensuring compliance, effective management, and accurate reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth

About You

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Administrator within a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding and practical experience of ICB contracts
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Confident working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
