We are looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated Residential Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Building positive relationships with young people, families, and external agencies 🤝
- Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
- Supporting daily activities, educational needs, and emotional wellbeing
- Maintaining high-quality records
- Participating in training and shadowing shifts
Shift Pattern: 7:30am – 11:00pm and sleep‑ins 11:30pm – 7:30am (2 on / 4 off rolling rota)
🚨 Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
❗ Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
