Field Support Supervisor

Dual role - Care coordinator & Field Support Supervisor – Rotherham

Payrate starts at £14.68ph.

Office based Care Coordinator – Monday & Friday. Field Support Supervisors – Wednesday with either Tuesday or Thursday. 30 hour contract.

Must have a FULL UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Manage a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives.
• Develop and implement person‑centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues.
• Complete supervisions/appraisals, medication competencies and medication audits.
• Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings, complete reports and assist the Branch Manager in the day‑to‑day management of our services.
• Visit services regularly and spend time with the people we support.
• Participate in the on‑call rota (subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
• Senior/team leader or field support supervisors looking for the next step.
