THE ROLE
As Rental Equipment Specialist, you will provide on-site operational support to key NHS Trust contracts across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, ensuring rental medical equipment is accurately allocated, tracked and fully utilised. Working Monday-Friday (9am-5pm), you will manage product allocation at ward and patient level, coordinate collections of equipment no longer required, support Clinical Advisors and trust staff with process improvements, and produce utilisation and cost‑saving reports.
The role is critical in reducing waste, improving data accuracy and strengthening long‑term trust relationships ahead of contract renewals.

- Leeds Teaching Hospitals – 2 days
- Sheffield Teaching Hospitals – 1 day
- Lincoln NHS Foundation Trust – 1 day

This division focuses on rental equipment solutions, helping trusts improve efficiency, reduce waste and maximise asset utilisation.
REQUIREMENTS- Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site operational or customer‑facing role
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- High level of data literacy with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience producing reports and translating data into meaningful insights
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Living between Sheffield and Leeds and willing to travel within the region
- Experience working with NHS trusts or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with NHS compliance, guidelines and record‑keeping standards
- Presentation or training experience

THE PACKAGE- Basic salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE
