Healthcare Assistant / Domiciliary Care Worker
We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our home care team, supporting individuals in their own homes to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Responsibilities- Provide person‑centred care in the community, assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, meal preparation, medication support (where trained), companionship, and emotional support.
- Play an important role in promoting wellbeing while following care plans and CQC fundamental standards.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training, induction, and ongoing support will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential, depending on care packages and location.
