Multiple challenges come in various routes in, all day long.

Staff queries. Emails. Messages. Patient issues.

Main duties of the job

How your time is spent

About 50% Keeping the practice running smoothlyYoull lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, making sure things aresafe, reliable, and well coordinated for both patients and staff. Youll spot issues early, fix problems, and keep the wheels turning even on the busiest days.

About 25% Supporting and developing peopleYoull recruit, support and develop staff, helping teams feel confident,capable and valued. This is about enabling people to do their best work - not micromanaging them.

About 12.5% Governance and complianceYoull oversee systems, processes and records to make sure we meet regulatory standards and stay safe, accurate and organised.

About 12.5% Communication and coordinationYoull coordinate meetings and information flow across the practice and with external partners, and manage outward-facing communication so patients and the community have clear, accessible and up-to-date information.

Daily Operations Leader

50%

In this role I lead the smooth running of day-to-day operations to ensure that the practice is safe, reliable and well-coordinated for patients and staff.

Team Developer

25%

In this role I recruit, develop and support people toensure that the practice has capable, confident teams who can do their bestwork.

Governance and Compliance Lead

12.5%

In this role I lead governance and compliance to ensure that our systems, processes and records are safe, accurate and meet regulatory standards.

12.5%

In this role I coordinate communication and meetings toensure that information flows well across the practice and externally.

I ensure that patients and the community have accessible timely information about the practice.
