The Product & Pricing Administrator is responsible for implementing and maintaining both supplier pricing and customer pricing within the company’s ERP systems, offer support to department team lead, head of commercial and field queries from other areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing :- Source pricing information from internal and external contacts
- Calculate pricing to be loaded and implement within the ERP SYSTEM
- Administer customer pricing requests within ERP system within the agreed SLA
- Administer requests from all areas of the business within the agreed SLA
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service
- Support any adhoc pricing requirements approved by the Head of Commercial
- Process changes to price files
- Communicate any impacts / updates to the branch network and other areas of the business
- Liaising with other departments, branches, and suppliers
- Process support from suppliers onto the ERP system and send claims to suppliers
- High attention to detail
- Relationship building skills
- Operational focus, ensuring tasks and actions are carried out to the required level
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Organisational skills, the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Basic Microsoft Access Skills (Desirable)
- Previous pricing administration / technical administration experience (Desirable)
- Excellent telephone and email manner
- Takes responsibility and ownership
