Finance Analyst

This role will play a key part in analysing financial performance and supporting strategic business decision-making. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide valuable insight into key commercial drivers while delivering accurate financial analysis and supporting forecasting and planning processes.

• Analyse financial performance and provide clear insight into key business drivers.
• Produce regular reporting packs and support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the business.
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to help support commercial decision making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial controls within the finance function.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified.
• Commercially minded.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present clear insights.
• Good communication skills and able to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
