Cost Benefit Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Cyber Security | Global Programme

We’re hiring an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst to join a large-scale IAM transformation programme within Cyber Security.

This role will focus on quantifying tangible cost savings, analysing efficiency gains, modelling opportunity costs, and demonstrating strategic ROI across a complex, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse job role and team efficiencies to identify measurable cost savings
• Develop and maintain detailed cost-benefit and financial models
• Evaluate operational cost-effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Track financial performance and budget adherence
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Present clear, data-driven insights to leadership

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in cost or financial analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience working in complex, global environments
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience with in Cyber Security or Identity & Access Management is highly desirable.
