Corporate Finance Associate Director

As a Manager or Associate Director, you will lead corporate finance projects, including buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising mandates. You ll supervise teams, deliver financial due diligence, and provide strategic corporate finance advice to clients across diverse sectors.

• Lead corporate finance transactions from start to finish
• Prepare and review corporate finance reports and financial models
• Contribute to business development and corporate finance networking
• Supervise, delegate, and review work within the corporate finance team
  ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience managing and supervising staff
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple corporate finance projects
