Part Time Finance Assistant – We are currently looking for a part-time finance assistant to join us at our TJX site in Crewe. This role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations, including managing purchase orders, handling the finance mailbox, creating customer invoices, and supporting purchasing needs. If you’re organised, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast‑paced logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Working hours for this role are Mon‑Fri
, with flexibility regarding the start and finish time, ideally working from 10:00 to 14:00
.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
  • Collate the weekly financial & statistical reports to the customer and site management
  • Process purchase orders and provide support to the finance team in general, particularly through company month-end and client period-end
  • Support operational managers in providing day-to-day financial support
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financial statements
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
  • Previous finance office experience and a desire to learn
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • High attention to detail
  • Time management & organisational skills
