Hours:Full-time, rota basis (including weekends and bank holidays)

Fox Valley is an award‑winning shopping centre in north Sheffield, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026. Home to a vibrant mix of retailers, restaurants, and a busy diary of events, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of service for both our shoppers and our business community.

We are now seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team at this exciting stage in Fox Valley’s journey. Working closely with the Centre Manager and Operations Director, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the centre, supporting tenants, engaging with the community, and helping to drive new initiatives that enhance the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate monthly initiatives to increase footfall and support retailer performance
  • Plan, market, and deliver centre events, including weekly markets
  • Develop engaging, creative, and on‑brand social media campaigns to support tenants and connect with the community
  • Introduce innovative green initiatives across the centre
  • Manage website content and contribute fresh ideas to enhance engagement
  • Provide accurate data and reports to support business decisions
  • Drive ancillary income through new initiatives and partnerships
  • Support with invoicing, credit control, and other financial administration
  • Oversee customer service enquiries, parking queries, and day‑to‑day centre operations
  • Ensure excellent health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including staff uniform orders, maintenance schedules, and parking permits
About You:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You should be confident working independently, highly organised, and an effective communicator.

Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and occasional late evenings
