A Reinforcement Engineering Apprenticeship is responsible for production of models, drawings and associated schedules for a diverse range of precast elements, as well as the provision of buildability, construction methodology and value engineering advice for live projects and tenders, as required by the business.
Key Deliverables and Accountabilities of a Reinforcement Engineering:- Work closely with the Senior Reinforcement Engineers to produce information in the form of a model to be shared through various business streams, ensuring safety in design and good practice.
- Ensure company QA procedures are followed.
- Preparation of Models, drawings, and schedules for a diverse range of temporary works schemes.
- Preparing engineered solutions to latest Eurocodes and relevant industry guidance.
- Highly computer literate (MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint, PDF Editors).
