• Promote advanced engineering and automation capabilities to new and existing customers
• Lead complex technical sales processes where accuracy in specification and commercial proposals is critical
• Secure new customers and build long-term strategic partnerships

• Proven sales or business development experience within an engineering or technical sector
• A solid understanding of advanced manufacturing processes, ideally with a background of selling Automation or Robotics solutions.
• Strong negotiation and solution-selling capability
• Demonstrated ability to close opportunities and manage follow-up effectively
• Commercial awareness with sound judgement and high ethical standards
