Electrical CAD Designer

Job Overview

I’m recruiting for an Electrical CAD Designer to work for a leading company in nuclear engineering solutions. The role will be based from their Warrington office on a hybrid arrangement (3 days per week in the office).

The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects across civil nuclear construction, decommissioning, and defence. Responsibilities include creating designs and drawings at different stages of the design lifecycle, adhering to various standards including nuclear and defence requirements. The role also involves prepare and maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the functionality and delivery of designs.

• Background in electrical CAD is required (any mainstream software)

• Formal education in the industry, such as an apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or a university degree

SC clearance is required to be eligible for this position.
