A global engineering consultancy is seeking a V&V Systems Engineer to lead verification and validation activities for advanced aerospace and defence systems. The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience, providing oversight on critical communication and avionics platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in system integration and test methodologies, and be proficient in relevant tools and scripting languages. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering is required.

The position offers on-site work 4 days a week in Reading with opportunities for a diverse range of projects.
