Take Control of Complex Project Schedules

At Baker Hicks, we’re looking for an experienced Engineering Planner to lead planning for projects in the power sector, while also working across our other sectors. This is a role where your expertise will keep critical programmes on track and ensure successful delivery.

This role can be based at one of our offices:
London, Warwick, Manchester, York or Motherwell

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to keep programmes accurate and up to date.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, monitor progress, and identify risks.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver excellence.

• Extensive background in engineering planning, preferably with exposure to HV/Power or other regulated sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, risk management, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to travel to other Baker Hicks offices and project locations and work in a hybrid model.
• Preferable: P6 P106 certification.
