We are recruiting a full-time Behaviour & Inclusion Assistant in Northumberland for a specialist setting that refuses to give up on its learners.

This is a role for someone confident, resilient and ready to make a difference.

Your role:

• Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
• Reinforcing clear, consistent expectations
• Encouraging engagement and accountability
• Helping learners move forward positively

We need someone who:

• Is assertive but fair
• Stays calm in challenging moments
• Believes every learner can succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
