We are recruiting a full-time Behaviour & Inclusion Assistant in Northumberland for a specialist setting that refuses to give up on its learners.
This is a role for someone confident, resilient and ready to make a difference.
Your role:
- Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
- Reinforcing clear, consistent expectations
- Encouraging engagement and accountability
- Helping learners move forward positively
We need someone who:
- Is assertive but fair
- Stays calm in challenging moments
- Believes every learner can succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
