** What We’re Looking For
*** GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English and a Level 3 NQF qualification
* Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students while promoting good progress
* A calm, authoritative communication style and strong classroom management skills
* Organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges
* Ideally, experience in a care or pastoral role
