Randstad Education is currently seeking reliable and punctual individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators for various schools across Sheffield
.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the examination process. Your duties will include:

• Setting up examination rooms in accordance with JCQ regulations.
• Admitting students to the hall and ensuring they are seated correctly.
• Distributing and collecting examination papers and stationery.
• Supervising students throughout the duration of the exam to prevent malpractice.
• Dealing with any student queries or emergencies calmly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Must have previous UK experience (ideally within an educational or administrative setting).
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A flexible approach to working hours during peak exam periods.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
