Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Sheffield (S12)

• Sheffield (S12)

• Full-time | Long-term
• £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

We are proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant and aspirational primary school in Sheffield to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.

This forward-thinking school is part of a respected multi-academy trust where children are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience, and independence within a culture that believes “Everyone is a Leader.” Pupils are supported to question, explore, and take ownership of their learning from their very first day.

The Role

As a key member of the support team, you will:

• Provide high-quality classroom or Early Years support

• Deliver small group and targeted interventions

• Help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment

• Encourage independence, aspiration, and a love of learning

We’re Looking For:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Experience working within a primary or early years setting

• A proactive, positive, and nurturing approach

• A commitment to high standards and inclusive practice

Requirements:

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

• Safeguarding Children Level 1 training (or willingness to complete)

• Relevant school experience or transferable skills, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
