As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum

• Inspire pupils in Year 1 or Year 2 to develop strong foundations in reading, writing, and maths

• Use effective assessment strategies to drive pupil progress

• Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment

• Support phonics development and early literacy skills

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure every child thrives

You will play a crucial role in shaping pupils’ early educational journey and fostering a lifelong love of learning.

We are looking for a KS1 Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Has strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics frameworks

• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management

• Has high expectations for attainment and pupil progress

• Is creative, reflective, and committed to inclusive practice

• Works effectively as part of a team

A track record of raising attainment in KS1 is highly desirable.
