Whether you’re experienced with:

• Autism / ASD
• SLD
• PMLD
• SEMH
• EBD
• ADD
• …or all of the above, we have schools who would LOVE to have you on board.

• Experience working in SEND settings (AKA: you’ve got heart and skill)
• Confidence supporting children 1:1 or in groups
• Top-tier classroom management (calm, collected and maybe slightly magical)
• A nurturing personality — the kind that makes pupils feel safe, seen and supported
• A willingness to jump in, help out and make a difference EVERY day
