A specialist education consultancy is seeking an interim Senior Leader in Buckinghamshire to manage behaviour in a large school. This non-teaching, full-time role is crucial for driving behaviour policies and preparing the school for inspection. The ideal candidate should have experience in behaviour management, a strong understanding of SEN/Behaviour, and preferably knowledge of SEMH/ASD. The role starts ASAP and runs until the end of the Summer term.
