Philosophy Education is a specialist education recruitment company for teachers and support staff in London. Our highly experienced team support teachers to find the work they are looking for and offer flexible and part-time work as well as full-time roles. We provide short-term cover work as well as long-term and permanent teaching roles in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We recruit class teachers and non-classroom based intervention and specialist subject teaching positions and senior leadership roles.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. We pay to scale for all long-term positions.

All staff are required to complete our full registration process in line with DfE Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance. Philosophy Education offers online/video registrations to allow you to complete paperwork and speak to our experienced team from home.
