Job Title: Teacher Maths

Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a Maths Teacher to work across secondary schools in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or those looking to gain further classroom experience while making a real difference in students learning.

About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you ll deliver engaging lessons, help students develop their problem-solving skills, and ensure they meet their learning targets. You ll create a positive learning environment and support pupils understanding of key concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4

• Monitor and assess student progress

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Support students with questions and tasks

• Liaise with teaching staff and provide feedback on student progress

Job Requirements:

• Qualified teacher with Maths specialism (QTS preferred)

• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Confident, adaptable, and professional approach

• An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
