Flexible Primary Teaching Assistant Across EYFS, KS1, KS2 & SEN – South Sheffield Teaching Personnel
Are you a confident, adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a role where every day is different? Teaching Personnel is seeking flexible, committed support staff to work across all primary year groups
, providing classroom support, SEN assistance, and 1:1 pupil support in a range of welcoming schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves supporting children’s learning, and is happy to jump into new challenges with a positive attitude.
Your Role Will Include:- Supporting whole-class learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Providing targeted 1:1 assistance for pupils with SEND
- Helping children with their academic progress, social skills and confidence
- Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
- Adapting to different school environments and pupil needs
- Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere in every classroom
- Has experience working with primary-aged children (school or placement)
- Is confident supporting a range of abilities, including SEN
- Can build positive relationships and communicate effectively
- Is flexible, reliable and willing to move between year groups
- Brings patience, empathy and enthusiasm to every role
- Varied roles in supportive primary schools across the area
- Weekly pay through PAYE
- Ongoing CPD including behaviour support, SEN training & safeguarding
- A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your journey
- Flexible work to suit your availability and strengths

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
