Vision for Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Sheffield and surrounding areas.

About the roleStep into the classroom as a Cover Supervisor and take the lead when the class teacher is away. You'll guide groups of aroundÿ30 students, following fully prepared lesson plans, keeping learning on track, managing the classroom atmosphere, and making sure the teacher returns to a smooth handover.
You’ll work with our partner schools across Sheffield, where you’ll be welcomed into a supportive environment that encourages you to grow.
Pay - £95 - £120 per day - Depending on experience
What we're looking forTo be considered, you should:
- Have natural leadership skills and the confidence to run a lesson in the teacher's absence.
- Bring experience of working with young people — perhaps in sports coaching, mentoring, or a similar role.
- Be able to provide suitable references, hold or be willing to apply for a valid DBS check, and have the Right to Work in the UK.
