Sheffield Springs Academy, an 11‑16 secondary school, seeks a dedicated Data and Exams Manager to oversee student data, support teaching staff, and maintain assessment systems. The role is part of a two‑person team and is key to delivering accurate reporting and data integrity.

• Analyse student data and produce reports to assist teaching staff in raising attainment.
• Manage the school's pupil performance data collection systems and maintain data integrity.
• Provide regular reports to departments and at half‑term intervals.
• Interpret data to show trends and inform future forecasts.
• Maintain the integrity of pupil class data within the Arbor system.
• Manage the assessment and reporting system (upload classes, distribute results).

• Team player able to remain flexible during busy periods.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Belief in the power of education to enable students to succeed.
