Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit Subject Specialist Teachers across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, IT, Art, D&T, Performing Arts and PSHE in secondary schools across Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and knowledgeable teachers to inspire students, make a lasting impact, and contribute to thriving departments.

About the Role

As a Subject Specialist Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience welcome).
Use assessment effectively to monitor pupil progress and support learners of all abilities.
Create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and achievement.
Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and school initiatives.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and academic progress.
About You

We are looking for teachers who:

Hold QTS or QTLS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Can deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
Are proactive, reflective, and enthusiastic about contributing to departmental and school success.
