Right Education provides opportunities for Primary Teachers across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Schools often require both day-to-day supply and longer-term cover, and from January we expect a variety of placements to be available.

This is an excellent way to gain flexibility in your working week while also being considered for longer-term placements when schools need consistent cover.

You ll be teaching in a range of Lincoln primary schools, covering classes from EYFS to KS2 depending on your preference and experience. You ll be joining welcoming teams who value reliable supply teachers, and you ll have the chance to experience different school environments. We are looking for teachers who can confidently deliver engaging lessons, follow school plans, and maintain a positive learning environment. A flexible and professional approach is important, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils. Applicants must hold QTS and have an enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one). We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.
