An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced salaried

GP to join our growing, friendly and supportive practice in Sheffield. We are looking for an experienced GP for 3 sessions/week (negotiable).

We are a small GP practice located in S11, close tothe Peak District National Park, and are a team of GP partner, 2 salaried GPs, ANP,PN and HCA alongside a non-clinical support team and look after around 4200patients.

We run a doctor first total triage system to ensure patient safety and medical needs are met.

• Main duties will include regular 15 minutes pre booked
  
  GP appointments and on the day appointments together with a share of dutytriage sessions. Admin work will also be included and will involve prescription requests, filing pathology and processing documents
• We have very few visit requests as we are not part ofa nursing home DES and have set slots for routine home visits
• Regular clinical meetings and teaching sessions
• Opportunity for additional sessions to cover holidays
• Systm One and Accurx triage systems
• Salary dependant on experience
• GP experience over 5 years essential

• Supportive and enthusiastic team with an excellent working environment
• Teaching practice providing a great learning environment for foundation doctors and medical students and the post will require some overseeing of these and debriefing
• Well established neighbourhood working as part of the Porter Valley Primary Care Network

• Permanent 3 sessions post (negotiable)
