We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Architectural Technologist with the ambition and capability to transition into a Project Manager role. The successful candidate will initially focus on design development, technical detailing, and client-facing architectural responsibilities, while gradually taking on project coordination, budgeting and team management tasks.

You will have the chance to get involved in projects including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions and work primarily within the Commercial and Healthcare sectors. Our client use a mixture of Revit and AutoCAD therefore an ability to use these software's is highly advantageous with examples shown in a portfolio to showcase your expertise. Position Overview Assist in project planning, risk management, procurement advice, programme monitoring, and contract administration under guidance from senior Project Managers. Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and support the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Build commercial awareness and leadership skills to progress towards autonomous project delivery responsibility. Lead design development from briefing through detailed design and construction documentation in line with RIBA stages.

Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, visualisations, and material boards. Undertake feasibility studies, planning submissions, design reviews, and technical coordination with engineering disciplines. Apply sustainable design principles that align with Castle Owen's commitment to environmental performance. Present design proposals and technical information to clients, local authorities, and external consultants. Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
