Position Overview
Assist in project planning, risk management, procurement advice, programme monitoring, and contract administration under guidance from senior Project Managers. Coordinate multi‑disciplinary inputs and support the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Build commercial awareness and leadership skills to progress towards autonomous project delivery responsibility. Lead design development from briefing through detailed design and construction documentation in line with RIBA stages.
Produce high‑quality architectural drawings, 3D models, visualisations, and material boards. Undertake feasibility studies, planning submissions, design reviews, and technical coordination with engineering disciplines. Apply sustainable design principles that align with Castle Owen's commitment to environmental performance. Present design proposals and technical information to clients, local authorities, and external consultants. Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams to ensure cohesive delivery.

Position Requirements
- Live within a commutable distance of Sheffield
- Strong experience from RIBA Stages 3‑7
- Experience managing a small team (advantageous)
- Commercial or Healthcare projects experience (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD with professional experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and clients
- Ability to take initiative, to work independently and within a team
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Highly motivated and confident
