Position: Principal Designer (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

Lead PD services on varied projects

Drive the design risk management process

Provide clear, practical CDM advice

Liaise with design teams and contractors

Produce CDM documentation including PCI and H&S Files

Must-Have Requirements

Experience delivering Principal Designer duties

Strong understanding of design and construction

NEBOSH or equivalent qualification

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills

Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
