Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is very customer focused, you will need to deliver excellent customer service in order to maintain and expand our customer base.

Key tasks & responsibilities
  • Triage of incoming customer enquiries in order to:
    Identify project status. Route enquiries to the appropriate department. Ensure we have the required information in order to provide a quotation.
  • Data inputting of customer pricing enquiries into the CRM system.
  • File and retrieve customer documentation (electronically and manually).
  • Providing a link between other teams.
  • Liaise with customers regarding their enquiries.
  • Provide clerical support e.g. photocopying, scanning and printing.

Key functional competencies and relevant experience

We are looking for candidates who have the following essential skills and attributes:

  • An enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.
  • Computer literate (Particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)
  • A good level of English spelling and grammar.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
